Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines
Luther begins admitting students in September and will continue to review applications on a rolling basis until the class is full. Students may apply using the Common App. or the Luther College application. Luther also requires two supplemental materials: a high school transcript and a personal statement. Standardized test scores are not required, but students may choose to submit ACT or SAT scores.
Transfer students may apply to enroll in the fall, January, or spring terms. Luther accepts the Common App. as well as the Luther College application, both of which are free and online. There is no application deadline for transfer students. Luther requires four materials in addition to the application: an educator’s reference, a final official high school transcript, a final official college transcript (from the institution(s) where the student is transferring), and a transfer application supplement (found on Luther’s website). Standardized test scores are not required, but students may choose to submit ACT or SAT scores.
Campus visits shouldn't be ordinary. We'll create a visit day experience that's tailored to your interests. Students can visit Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (please check our website for specific date availability).
