First-year

First-year applicants are students who will have earned a high school diploma (or equivalent) and are applying to college for the first time. Students may apply in one of two Early Decision rounds with application deadlines of November 15 and January 3, or in our Regular Decision round, with a deadline of January 17. All first-year applicants are automatically considered for merit scholarships. Application requirements and instructions can be found on our admission website.

Transfer

Mount Holyoke has two transfer populations: traditional-aged transfer students and those over the age of 25 (known as Frances Perkins scholars). Traditional-aged transfer applicants must have earned 16 or more college credits after earning their high school diploma (or equivalent), while Frances Perkins candidates must have earned 40 or more college credits to apply. Application deadlines are November 1 for spring entry and March 15 for fall entry . Additional information can be found on our admission website.
