Additional Information

Financing Your College Education - Quinnipiac understands that a college education is a major investment in your future and strives to make it affordable. Our average financial aid package for new first-year students is $33,605. About 98% of new students are awarded financial aid in the form of merit scholarships, grants, loans and work-study. Families are encouraged to file the FAFSA as soon after December 1 as possible to be considered for need-based financial aid. For scholarships, we use the highest SAT I critical reading plus math scores and/or the composite score on the ACT, along with rank-in-class information. If the high school does not provide a rank-in-class, we will estimate based on the student's GPA and information from the school profile.

Help Beyond the Classroom - College-level academics can be demanding, but Quinnipiac is a supportive learning community offering a wealth of resources to help students succeed. The Learning Commons provides peer tutoring in all academic subjects, as well as workshops to improve study skills, time management and research techniques.

Extraordinarily well prepared professionals – Quinnipiac delivers a set of market-tested learning outcomes specifically focused on preparing our graduates for career success. Career advisement is a potent resource that helps bridge students’ college experiences with their career aspirations. With a wide network of internship and clinical sites, as well as study abroad and service learning opportunities, Quinnipiac students start building impressive resumes long before graduation.
