Capitol is the only independent college in Maryland dedicated to engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, data science and information technology. Capitol's campus is located between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD - an area with one of the largest concentrations of high-tech companies, defense contractors, and government agencies in the country. Our programs integrate scientific theory with hands-on, practical experience - so students graduate job-ready (82% of Capitol students are offered jobs within 90 days of graduation and we offer Loan Repayment Assistance). Capitol's undergraduate community is made up of roughly 450 undergraduate students, with a 16:1 student to faculty ratio.

In fact, we guarantee up to $20,000 in scholarship to every first-year college student who has participated on a competing robotics, cyber or coding team during their junior or senior year of high school.
