First-year

Baker College welcomes first-year students to apply beginning at the end of their junior year. You can get started with an unofficial transcript showing your academic progress through 11th grade, and we’ll just need your final official transcript after graduation. ACT or SAT scores are optional—we look at the whole student.

We’re here to help make college affordable. Our financial aid options include scholarships, grants, work-study, and loans. Completing the FAFSA is a great first step, and we offer institutional scholarships based on academics, financial need, and other criteria to support your journey.

Transfer

At Baker College, transfer students are a valued part of our community. We welcome your unique experiences and are here to support your success from day one. To get started, simply submit your application and official transcripts from each college or university you’ve attended. We recommend applying early so we can help you build a smooth and personalized path forward.

Our transfer team will work alongside you to review your credits and build a personalized academic plan that maps out your journey to graduation, one that fits your goals, experience, and timeline.

We’re also committed to making your education affordable. Financial aid options include scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study programs. Many of our scholarships are designed specifically for transfer students and consider academic achievement, financial need, and other factors. Be sure to complete the FAFSA to explore your full range of options.
