What do you want to do in the world? It’s the question that curious, passionate Beloiters have been asking and answering over and over since 1846. We put ideas into action, and use the world as our classroom. Beloit College students? We love that there’s no one way to describe them, but we’ll try: intellectual and unique, unselfishly ambitious, and ready to be remarkable. Application information

Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines

A first year applicant is any student who has not yet completed, but will be soon completing a high school, home-school or GED program. It could also include students that have graduated, but have not begun any college coursework. Applicants who are enrolled in running start or early college programs should apply as a first year applicant, even though you may receive advanced class standing after enrolling.

You should apply as a transfer student if you have completed high school and have enrolled in college. Transfer applicants entering Beloit College with fewer than 12 semester hours of transfer credit will be enrolled in first year advising programs. High school students with dual enrollment courses should complete the First-Year Application.
