<p>Heidelberg University welcomes first-year applicants on a <strong>rolling admission</strong> basis, with no fixed deadline and <strong>no application fee</strong>. Heidelberg is test-optional, so ACT/SAT scores are encouraged but not required. Applicants must submit a high school transcript; an essay and letters of recommendation are optional but recommended as part of our holistic review process. You may apply through the Common App or Heidelberg's own online application. We encourage students to apply early and schedule a campus visit to learn more about our community.</p>

<p>Heidelberg accepts transfer applications on a <strong>rolling basis</strong> with <strong>no application fee</strong>. Requirements include transcripts from all previously attended colleges and, if fewer than 24 college credits are completed, a high school transcript as well. Applicants with an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree from an Ohio community college are admitted with full junior standing and have all general education requirements met. Course-by-course credit evaluation is available for all other transfer coursework. Transfer students are also eligible for academic scholarships and specialized transfer awards.</p>
