Application information

Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines

First-year

Hilbert College is a test-optional institution so SAT/ACT exam results are NOT required to receive an admissions decision or scholarship review!  Applicants are considered to be First-Year students when they have not previously attended any college or university. Hilbert College offers rolling admission so there is not application deadline; however, early applicants receive expedited admission review and priority scholarship consideration.

Transfer

All transfer applicants are required to submit any/all transcripts from their former institution(s) attended.  A final high school transcript will be required if the applicant does not have an associates degree or higher before entering.  Any student that has previously attended any college or university before attending Hilbert College will be considered a transfer student.

Additional Information

Apply early!  Early applicants that are accepted will be considered for the best scholarships.  All applications are date-stamped and are reviewed within 24-48 hours of being received.  Scholarship offers will be indicated in each student's acceptance packet.  All students are encouraged to file a FAFSA (if possible) to qualify for any additional need-based aid, in addition to merit scholarships.

Visit us

Hilbert College creates personalized visits for every student based on their needs and what they would like to see.  Whether it's virtual or in-person, you can take a student-guided tour of campus, speak with a faculty member in your major, meet with admissions to review the application process, and/or speak with a coach about your intended sport! See a list of all visits at https://www.hilbert.edu/visit.  Hilbert visitors also qualify to receive an additional visit grant!

Hilbert College celebrates the richness that comes from a diverse campus of individuals from many faiths and cultures. We emphasize the importance of service to our community and endeavor to be a voice for social justice in the world.
