If you are currently a high school student studying in the United States, you will be applying as a first-year applicant to Hood College.
Application Review
As part of our holistic review process, the admission committee will evaluate your transcript to assess your academic performance and the rigor of your coursework. We also consider your in and out of class experiences to understand what you will contribute to the Hood College community.
Confirm Your Email Address
Please confirm that you used your personal email address, not your high school or parent’s email, when creating your Common Application account.
Scholarships
Hood College’s merit scholarships recognize students’ academic achievement, analytical thinking, creativity, and potential for success.
All applicants are automatically considered. No separate application is required. Scholarship eligibility is communicated through the admission process.
If you have earned college credits after graduating from high school, you will apply to Hood College as a transfer student. The Hood College Transfer Application is not available on the Common App. Transfer Student Application.
