First-year

First-year applicants are any applicant entering Lawrence Tech directly from a secondary school, or those who have not completed any college coursework following graduation from a secondary school. Dual enrollment students and graduates from a middle/early college program are considered first-year applicants.

Transfer

Transfer applicants are any applicant who has completed ANY college-level coursework following graduation from a secondary school. Students wishing to pursue the Post-Bac in Pre-Medical Studies program will apply as a transfer applicant. College guest students looking to take a course(s), will fill out the transfer student application.

Additional Information

First-Year Students Good news! All admitted first-year students are automatically reviewed for merit scholarships. While we are test-optional, you’re welcome to submit your SAT or ACT scores if you’d like us to consider them for potential scholarship upgrades.
