A prospective first year student is preparing to attend college for the first time. Dates to know: *First Year Early Action Deadline: Nov. 15 *First Year Rolling Admission Deadline: Feb. 1 *FAFSA Submission Deadline: Feb. 15 *National Candidate Response Deadline: May 1 Application Requirements: transcripts, personal statement, counselor/teacher recommendation, test scores (for certain programs and to be considered for top merit scholarships.)
A prospective transfer student is a high school graduate who has taken courses for credit at a regionally accredited college or university. Dates to know: *Transfer Application Deadline for Fall Semester: Aug. 1 *Transfer Application Deadline for Spring Semester: Dec. 1 Application Requirements: college transcripts, personal statement, and high school transcripts (if applicants have completed fewer than 24 college credits at the time of application.)
