First-year
To apply to Lewis University, students must minimally submit a completed application and official high school transcripts. No application fee.
- Test Optional is available for all majors
- Additionally, Test Optional applicants must submit a personal statement and/or letters of recommendation to help us gain a more complete understanding of the student.
- All admitted students are automatically reviewed for academic scholarships. We will consider high school GPA and test scores (if submitted) in our scholarship review.
- Students may apply as Test Optional but still submit test scores for scholarship consideration. In this situation, test scores for Test Optional applicants will be ignored during the admission review process and only considered as part of the scholarship calculation.
- All matriculating students (including Test Optional applicants) are required to submit an official ACT or SAT score before enrolling in Lewis courses. Scores are used for course placements and internal data analysis.
