Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines
All first year students are required to submit a portfolio. It is recommended that student submissions include a selection of 12-15 examples of their strongest and most recent artwork, reflecting interests, skills, and a willingness to explore, experiment, and express themselves. Student portfolios may concentrate on a single medium or may show a variety of media and should include work representing a sustained interest and/or development over time. Portfolios must be submitted digitally. Please apply using Common App, and a link will be provided to complete the portfolio process.
All transfer students are required to submit a portfolio. Students who have not taken any studio art or design courses at the college level, should submit a portfolio of 15-20 examples of their strongest and most recent artwork. For students who have completed studio art or design courses at the college level, it may be appropriate to submit a portfolio with more than 15-20 examples of artwork, including 3-5 examples from each class. Portfolios must be submitted digitally. After submission of Common App, a link will be forwarded to complete the submission upload process.
