Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines

First-year

The application is available starting August 1. Students who apply by the Early Action Application Deadline on November 1 will be considered for our most competitive majors and receive an admissions decision on January 15. Students that meet this deadline will also automatically be considered for our full range of merit-based scholarships (U.S. Citizens & U.S. Permanent Residents only). For a complete list of deadlines, please visit purdue.ws/deadlines.

Transfer

Transferring to any College or University can be difficult, but we aim to make it easy! Before you can apply as a transfer student, you must have completed at least 12 semester credit hours of college-level coursework. Remedial college courses and advance/dual college credit (credit earned as part of high school coursework or test scores such as AP and IB) does not count toward this minimum. Depending on your major, there are different deadlines for each semester. For a complete list of resources and deadlines, please visit: purdue.ws/transfer.
