Before you get started on your application, please note the following items related to the application process:

• There is a $40 non-refundable application processing fee. Instructions on payment options are explained in the payment section of this application.
• Students may change their semester of entry one time per application as long as Undergraduate Admissions is notified prior to the start of the semester for which you originally applied.
