Spring Hill College is a Jesuit, Catholic, liberal arts college located along the Gulf Coast in Mobile, Alabama. Spring Hill is about 70% residential with approximately 1,350 total students and more than 45 undergraduate degree programs. Founded in 1830, the College has educated leaders, influenced careers, inspired life choices and ignited a life-long passion for the greater good. Spring Hill is the oldest Catholic college in the Southeast and the third oldest Jesuit college in the U.S. Students benefit from truly personal classroom and worldly instruction, including our travel-abroad program in Bologna, Italy. The Badgers currently have 16 athletics teams and multiple championships, competing within NCAA Division II.

First-year

Spring Hill College reviews completed admissions files on a rolling basis during the fall and spring semester.  It is recommended that students complete their admissions file prior to December 1 in order to be consider for all scholarship opportunities. 
A complete admission file consists of:
an official transcript of high school grades covering at least six semesters
official scores from either the SAT or the ACT.  Spring Hill does super-score the ACT/SAT.
In some instances, letters of recommendation, a personal essay and an interview with a College representative may be requested.

Test -Optional -  You can choose to apply test-optional.
We thoroughly review your official high school transcript and an evaluation from your guidance counselor. We require a personal writing sample so that we can get to know you better and to evaluate your writing potential. It is highly recommended you provide a resume that outlines your participation in activities, clubs and organizations in which you participated outside of school.
