Visit us

The best way to experience life as a Charger is to visit campus! Each campus visit is broken into two parts – an information session covering the admissions process, financial aid, student life, and housing, and a student-led campus tour.

The campus tour, featuring personal insight from your tour guide, allows you to explore our beautiful 490-acre campus with stops at one of our suite-style residence halls, Salmon Library, the University Fitness Center, and Charger Union. Additional appointments with specific campus departments may also be requested.

Learn more about registering and preparing for your visit at uah.edu/visit! We recommend registering at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially if you are requesting additional appointments.

One of the main selling points of UAH was the job and research opportunities available. I was able to receive a civil engineering internship here in Huntsville during my sophomore year, which was an amazing experience! When I first started college, I did not think I would have this kind of job experience until after I graduated, but through UAH I am.
