It is free to apply to University of Bridgeport, and we are test optional! To apply as test optional, submit the following documents:

• free application through Common App or www.bridgeport.edu/apply
• high school transcript
• short essay on the topic of your choice

UB automatically considers students for merit-based scholarships when they apply for admission. 

UB is also proud to offer a FIRST scholarship, available to participating members of FIRST programs, which promotes STEM education through robotics competitions. Students who are interested in applying for UB's FIRST scholarship should email admit@bridgeport.edu for more information on our application process.

It is free to apply to University of Bridgeport! Submit the following documents to be considered for admission:

• proof of high school graduation
• transcripts from each institution where you earned college credit. If you have taken at least 12 college credits that are 100 level or higher and earned a C or better in each course, you are considered a transfer student.
