First-year

Applying as a first year student is simple! Only your application, high school transcripts, and ACT/SAT scores are necessary. Personal statements and teacher recommendations are welcomed to support your application. Within a week of submittal, University of Dubuque will notify the applicant of an admission decision.

Visiting campus gives us a chance to get to know you, and is your chance to get a feel for what it’s like to be a part of our community. You can choose a day catered to your interests.
