The University of Saint Joseph (USJ), founded by the Sisters of Mercy in the Roman Catholic tradition, welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and religious traditions. For students beginning any undergraduate program in 2021, SAT or ACT test results will be eliminated from USJ's application review process. Applicants may submit standardized test results if they choose, but admission and merit-based scholarship decisions will not be impacted, regardless if the applicant chooses to submit scores or not.USJ values academic excellence, leadership, diversity, service to our communities and country, and the ability to overcome adversity. Our scholarship and grant programs reflect our values and are intended to assist our students in achieving their potential.
