All first-time, first-year students seeking to apply to Villanova should complete the following steps:
- Submit the Common Application with the Member School Section for Villanova.
- Ask your school counselor to send the Secondary School Report Form and your official High School transcript.
- Villanova University has announced a test-optional policy for the 2025-26 Admission Cycle. Should you choose to submit scores, Villanova offers you the option to self-report your SAT and/or ACT. All non-native English speakers are required to submit official TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo results.
Complete the Transfer Common Application or the Villanova University Transfer Application with appropriate program information and submit with required credentials by the following deadline:
Fall term:
- March 15 for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Electrical Engineering in the College of Engineering, and the Villanova School of Business.
Transfer Housing
Villanova University is unfortunately not able to guarantee on-campus housing for transfer students. To assist with finding off campus housing, the Office for Residence Life maintains a web page with off-campus housing information, where you will find a list of apartment complexes in the area, a database that may help you find a roommate, and other resources.
