Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines
First Year students will choose between the Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision application deadlines. A complete First Year application includes the application form, an admission essay, SAT/ACT scores or test-optional form, a counselor recommendation, and an official high school transcript. We also recommend providing a teacher recommendation and an activities sheet. Keep in mind, we’re looking for students who are ready to try new things, explore diverse interests, and build the college experience that’s perfect for them.
Applying to WC for Transfers: Transfer students are accepted on a rolling basis but are encouraged to apply by December 15 for the spring semester and July 15 for the fall semester. A complete Transfer application includes the application form, college transcript, high school transcript, Registrar's report, instructors evaluation, and students are encouraged to partake in an interview. Whether you’re coming from a community college or another four year institution, we are sure Washington College can give you the tools to find success.
At Washington College, we know there’s nobody else in the world who’s quite like you. That’s why we tailor our tours for visitors as much as we tailor our education for students. Whether it’s your first or your fifth trip to campus, and whether you’re interested in athletics programs or antique letter presses, we’ll help you plan a visit that’s just your style. You can choose to participate in an information session and campus tour, or a counselor interview and a tour of our waterfront campus. Or why not do it all?
