First-year

Freshman: Apply as a freshman if you are currently a junior or senior in high school or you have graduated from high school, but have earned less than 12 college credits (dual credit not included). Dual Enrollment: Apply for dual enrollment if you are a high school junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a 19 ACT. If you have not taken the ACT, a counselor recommendation is required.

Transfer

Transfer: Apply as a transfer if you have earned your high school diploma or GED, and have earned more than 12 college credits.

You can live and learn in a wide variety of residence halls, or join the 44% of students who are part of our Greek Life system and live in an on-campus sorority or fraternity house, or take part in our clubs and organizations stretch across every subject you could think of.

At William Woods University, we are committed to offering a number of options to help you finance your education. In fact, 100% of incoming William Woods freshman are offered financial aid. Our average financial aid and scholarship package sits around $15,000, which includes our $5,000/year to residential students who participate in our one-of-a-kind LEAD program.
