Application opens August 1. A complete application for freshman admission includes: online application and essay; official high school transcript including senior year courses in progress; transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended; official SAT and/or ACT scores; and $75 application fee or fee waiver. The deadline for Honors College eligibility is October 15. More information about deadlines and requirements can be found at admissions.ecu.edu.

Prospective students who attended a regionally accredited college or university after graduating from high school should apply for admission as a transfer applicant. Every year, ECU welcomes thousands of transfer students and offers extensive resources geared to meeting their unique needs. ECU is currently accepting applications through the Common Application for First Year students only. All other applicants should visit our website regarding admission requirements and to submit an application.
