Students who have not attended another college or university(typically students graduating high school) are considered first year students. First year students have multiple admission plans to choose from such as Early Decision, Early Action, and Rolling Decision. MMC takes a holistic approach when reviewing applications and looks not only at SAT/ACT scores (optional for Spring and Fall 21 applicants) and GPA but also recommendation letters, essays, and student involvement.
If you have attended any college/university after high school and are looking for a better fit, we would love to have you here at MMC! Students who have taken any college course(s) after high school are considered a transfer student. At MMC we accept up to 90 transfer credits when you transfer in. All applications for transfers will be read on a rolling decision basis.
We encourage you to visit MMC's Upper East Side campus in New York City. For the 20-21 academic year, we are offering limited, by appointment tours of the campus. MMC also offers multiple virtual information sessions Monday to Friday and some selected weekends. During the Spring semesters, we also offer class observations. To register for a visit, please visit www.mmm.edu/visit.
“In larger institutions you have to compete to get identified as someone worthy of doing one-on-one research. It was my second year here when one of my professors came up and said she would love me to join her research team.”
