Rowan University

Rowan University

Rowan Profs are more than students – they’re part of a community of 18,500 students across five campuses whose wisdom defies the status quo. As a national university, we offer more than 80 bachelor’s and 60 master’s degree programs. Plus, we’re one of only two universities in the nation to grant both M.D. and D.O. medical degrees. We also keep our class-sizes small, so our faculty can stay invested in your personal success no matter which academic path you choose.

By applying to become a Prof, you’re saying "yes" to pursuing your dreams and making your unique mark on the world.

Why Our Profs are #RowanPROUD

Vibrant Community
We offer a multitude of cultural, entertainment, artistic, and athletic events, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow Profs in your free time. Or, if you ever need a break from campus, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and New York City are all within driving distance.

The Impact of Aid.
Money matters, especially when it comes to a college education. We offer up to $153 million in undergraduate aid, and President Houshmand has committed not to raise tuition beyond the rate of inflation.

Nationally Ranked
We’ve earned national recognition for innovation, commitment to high-quality, affordable education, and developing public-private partnerships. From U.S. News & World Report to Forbes, Fortune, Money, the Princeton Review, and others, we’ve been ranked a top school on many levels.

Transformative Growth
Henry M. Rowan’s transformative $100 million-dollar gift in 1992 set in motion decades of growth and vast expansion, including a $400 million downtown redevelopment project known as Rowan Boulevard, new academic buildings for the Rohrer College of Business and Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering, and a new residence hall named Holly Pointe Commons.
