Students currently enrolled in high school (or high school graduates with no other college attended) should complete the First Year application. Radford University reviews everything an applicant submits in an effort to get to know that individual as well as possible. The Office of Admissions requires high school transcript(s) from all high school(s) attended to review for both course grades and strength of chosen curriculum. Radford University does not require SAT or ACT scores; however, students may choose to submit them if they wish. The personal statement, while not required, is strongly recommended.
Students who have attended another college following high school should complete the Transfer application. (Students currently enrolled in high school and pursuing Dual Enrollment coursework should complete the First Year application.) Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges attended, whether or not credit was earned or is desired. If you have completed fewer than 24 semester hours of college-level coursework or if you have not completed a college level math course, your high school transcript is required. Radford University reviews everything an applicant submits in an effort to get to know that individual as well as possible.
