First-year

SFC 1001 is a student success course designed for your first semester at St. Francis. This one credit mandatory course teaches students the important practical tools they need to be successful during their academic career. Our Freshman Advisors ease the transition from high school to college, help students develop study skills, teach them how to organize a successful academic plan, provide information on campus resources, assists in laying the groundwork for choosing their major and even help plan their career as they work toward their bachelor's degree.

Transfer

Every year students transfer to St. Francis College to complete their undergraduate education. They know a degree from SFC is an excellent choice. SFC ensures a smooth transition making it easy for students to see what credits will carry over. Their personal counselors will help with transfer credit evaluation (up to 98 credits accepted) and financial aid, taking full advantage of the merit- and need- based scholarship availability.

Additional Information

SFC offers a comprehensive financial aid program that mixes institutional scholarships and student employment with federal grants and loans, as well as state grants. To be considered for any financial assistance, students are required to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each school year.
